Prayer:
Our Father
I pray that the presence of the Holy Ghost be felt among us as we join together in this service, seeking Your wisdom and comfort. Open our hearts to receive Your word and strengthen us to follow in Your footsteps. Please anoint my mouth to say only what You would have me say. Fill us with compassion for one another, that we may reflect Your love in all we do. Let Your peace settle over this service, calming every anxious thought and renewing our spirits for the days ahead. Save that lost soul and bring that lost soul back into the sheepfold. I thank you for Your help in times of need. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Psalms 124:1-8
(1) A Song of degrees of David. If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;
(2) If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:
(3) Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:
(4) Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:
(5) Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
