STEPS FOR EXAMINING YOUR INNER MAN'S IDENTITY
STEP 1- Examine your relationship with Jesus Christ

Yes, Lord. I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God.
Examine your relationship with Jesus Christ See if you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and if you accept His sacrifice for the remission of sins. This foundational relationship is marked by trust and dependence on Him for salvation.
Take a look at your relationship, see whether you truly believe that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. Think about if you have accepted Him into your life and if you trust Him to forgive your sins. Having this belief means you depend on Jesus for your salvation, you recognize His sacrifice for you, and you place your faith in His love and grace each day. John 11:27 ERV Martha answered, "Yes, Lord. I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God. You are the one who was coming to the world."
Step 2- Do You Adhere to Biblical Teachings

Study to shew thyself approved unto God
Do You Adhere to Biblical Teachings Look closely at your inner man. Do you truly believe that the Bible is the Word of God and do you strive to follow its teachings. See if you view the Scripture as your ultimate guide for your belief and action, and if you seek to live according to the scriptures principles. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Step 3- Do You See Evidence of Faith in Action

Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Do You See Evidence of Faith in Action Demonstrating your faith involves expressing love and compassion towards others, helping those in need, and practicing forgiveness. By doing these things, you embody the teachings of Jesus through acts of humility and kindness. James 2:17-18 KJV Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. (18) Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
Step 4- Do you See Spiritual Growth

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Do you See Spiritual Growth Can you see growth in your faith through prayer, studying the Bible, and church attendance. Do you desire commitment to deepening your relationship with God and living out your faith in your everyday life. 2 Peter 3:18 KJV But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Step 5- Is There Sensitivity to Sin and Repentance

not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly
Is There Sensitivity to Sin and Repentance Acknowledge your limitations, stay aware of wrongdoing, and strive to align your actions with God's intentions by practicing repentance and obedience. Romans 12:3 KJV For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Step 6- Your Inner Man Shows Love For Others

Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Your Inner Man Shows Love For Others You should be reflecting love. You should see love for your fellowman as you reflect God’s love within you. This is not just a feeling, but it is seen through your actions and service to others. Matthew 25:37-40 KJV Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? (38) When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? (39) Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? (40) And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
