STEPS ON HOW TO FIND AND MAINTAIN CLARITY WITHIN THE INNER MAN
Step 1- Daily Communion With God

Start each day out talking with God. Let your first thoughts in the morning be directed toward Him. Open and share your heart, your worries, and your gratitude—He listens to you and wants to draw near. Psalms 5:3 KJV My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. And in James 4:8 KJV Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Starting the day with a clean heart will clarify your inner man.
Step 2- Meditate on Scriptures

Open the scriptures and listen to an audio bible or read it for yourself. Let the Word of God be the first thing that enters your heart and mind. Take time to reflect on what the Bible says, even if it's just a single verse. Then let it speak to you personally and consider how it applies to your life today. Psalms 1:2 KJV But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. Psalms 119:105 KJV NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Joshua 1:8 KJV This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Step 3- Do an Honest Self‑Examination

Take an honest look inward at yourself. Ask yourself where you’re struggling or growing. Don’t be afraid to admit your weaknesses, this is where true growth and clarity begins. Psalms 139:23 KJV Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts. Let the word of God speak to your inner man revealing the good and the bad. 2 Corinthians 13:5 ERV Look closely at yourselves. Test yourselves to see if you are living in the faith. Don't you realize that Christ Jesus is in you? Of course, if you fail the test, he is not in you.
Step 4- Understand Your Inner Man’s True Identity
Step 4 Understand Your Inner Man’s True Identity

There are times in your life when you question your relationship with God. You ask yourself am I his child or not? Galatians 4:5-7 ERV God did this so that he could buy the freedom of those who were under the law. God's purpose was to make us his children. Since you are now God's children, he has sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts. The Spirit cries out, "Abba, Father." Now you are not slaves like before. You are God's children, and you will receive everything he promised his children. Know who you are in the spiritual body and whose you are. Trust that He can restore you, give you clarity and give you the strength you need to keep going. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ERV You should know that your body is a temple for the Holy Spirit that you received from God and that lives in you. You don't own yourselves. God paid a very high price to make you his. So honor God with your body. Remembering to do this will clarity your identity.
Step 5- Obey God’s Word

Take what you learn and put it into action. Obedience isn’t always easy, but as you follow God’s guidance, you’ll see real change comes from the inside out. John 14:21 KJV He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. James 1:22 KJV But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
